I'd add a few more from my experience:
1. When your mind feels heavier, not lighter, after consuming spiritual content, it's a signal to pause.
The true purpose of spirituality is to simplify, not complicate your understanding of life.
2. If you're constantly seeking answers in texts and not in your own experiences, you're missing the point. Spirituality is about empowering yourself to find your own truth, not just adopting someone else's.
3. If all your knowledge isn't leading to practical changes in your life, it's time to step back from reading and start doing.
