It is a wonderful piece of article. I tend to agree with it to some extent as I believe that meditation is connecting with the inner self. Whenever you are ready to understand yourself, the time is right. Meditation is checking the alignment of our thoughts and actions. I totally agree that early morning when the mind is calm and when the subconscious mind is active, meditation is fruitful. But also pausing for 1 minute every two hours and meditate, and keep a check on the wasteful thoughts also gives amazing results. Once again I would like to applause for you for choosing a chord striking topic.
