1. Buy your own good quality router. Internet serive providers give you shitty ones.

2. Get the fastest internet service package. Even if it's costly, get it. Negotiate for unlimited downloads and then split the bill with your neighbors.

3. Call them to cancel your plan. You'll receive an upgraded plan without paying extra. This trick always works. Try it totday and let me know.

I have followed these tricks and they makes a huge difference.
