I agree they're easier said than done. But, there's one more thing I forgot to mention in the story that I do when I visit my sister every weekend - we play scrabble, UNO, Chess, Monopoly, Pictionary, etc. The time literally flies. More importantly, we bonded strongly.

If you have someone around I suggest you try board games or dumb charades, etc. or maybe chat.

After the hustle and bustle of the day, penning down ideas for next story or writing a journal can also be considered. I do it once in a while.
