I totally agree with you on this one. I believe that we are what we eat. When the animal is being slaughtered, it goes through numerous emotions ranging from fear, worry, revenge, anger, pain, and anxiety. All these emotions and vibrations are translated into the animal’s body being slaughtered. And, looking at the meat on our plate we call it protein, but we really need to ponder. We definitely may be consuming that meat for the healthy body, but the mind who drives the body is being compromised.

Most of us are having a healthy body today with zero fat or probably chiseled physique but does that make us happy? The answer lies in our diet, the answer lies in the vibrations through which the food has been processed or cooked. There is a simple logic if we really want to understand this concept. Can we remain happy if we make others unhappy? Similarly, can we live (peacefully and happily) if we kill someone and then we eat it?

In addition to saving the environment by going vegetarian or vegan, we are not only helping nature but our own self in the first place.

I would like to thank you for bringing up such a valid and a point of discussion.
