I was skeptical about sharing this story as it was highlighting my rudeness. But then, I thought of looking at the bigger picture of portraying the heroics of customer service agents. Also, by hiding my weaknesses, I would have done more damage to the society.

So putting aside my ego, I decided to go forward. Like me, many of us must be taking them for granted. So, I wanted to give them the respect and love that they deserve.
