It is totally relatable to me. I too had many issues but meditation solved everything. I found peace, happiness, and composure within myself because of which I don’t get mad now on LITTLE THINGS.
20 Minutes of meditation in the morning has saved my energy being wasted on 20 hours of passive behaviors of others. I no longer pay heed to what others talk, walk or comment and all thanks to meditation.
