Stress is a negative emotion and is transient and transparent in nature. Life is what you accept from it. If stress is believed to be normal and must be accepted, then according to the law of attraction and cosmic energy, it keeps increasing. The more the acceptance, the higher the impact.
I truly agree with you that in order to combat stress, it must be accepted that there is stress. But having said that, it is just the half job completed. To be free from it, we need to understand many facets of our thinking pattern which had welcomed the stress in the first place. Only our thinking can change the way we live. Moreover, there is always a choice internally in our mind, if not externally.
Subsequently, we live the life which we accept is the normal way. The definition of normal is different for everybody. Some people believe that stress is normal while some tend to disagree saying peace is normal. So we must be very cautious in our belief system because, what we think, so is our world. (relationships, professional life, personal life)
