My spiritual journey started with knowing myself - who I am, where have I come from, where am I headed to, why am I here and for how long am I here.

Spirituality is liberating because it allows you to question everything you follow, unlike religious practices. If you're not questioning, you're not growing. If you're not allowed to question, you're not on a spiritual path.

Spirituality is the journey of the alone to the alone. So, one must develop a habit of introspection if one wants to grow spiritually.
